Each .meggie. piece of jewelry is handmade using a combination of sterling silver & 14 kt. gold fill, precious & semi precious gemstones, freshwater pearls & genuine crystal. Due to the artistic process and the natural stones used, color and shape of the stones may vary slightly from what you see in each picture, no two pieces are identical; please expect variations & differences, which add to the charm and uniqueness of the jewelry.

.meggie. handmade jewelry is made per order. Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your order before shipment. Please contact us after you have placed your order if a rush is desired.  We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Each .meggie. item is shipped in a cotton-filled gift box and placed in a bubble envelope for safe handling. If this is a gift please indicate the recipient at check out under "ship to."  The turn around for sending our jewelry as a gift is approximately 7-10 days.

We offer USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and USPS Express shipping as our standard shipping service. We do not offer USPS standard parcel post because shipment may take too long.

Priority Mail:
The United States Postal Service offers a Priority Mail shipping option delivered Nationwide (USA only) within an average of 2-3 days. Priority Mail packages are delivered Monday through Saturday only. Sunday deliveries are not available with this option. All orders shipping via Priority Mail are sent with delivery confirmation to ensure that your order arrives safely. Most orders ship out within 2 days. USPS Express Mail: The United States Postal Service offers and Express Mail service option delivered Nationwide (USA only) the next day by 3pm which includes tracking, proof of delivery, and insurance up to $100.00. Express Mail tracking is available on the USPS Website. To order an item using USPS Express Mail delivery you must place your order during our normal business days of Monday through Friday before 12pm (PST) in order for us to process and deliver the item/items to the United States Post Office for shipment before 4pm. All orders placed after 2pm (PST) on Friday will ship Monday.
International Orders (outside US)

All prices and shipping charges are listed in US currency. .meggie. ships packages via International Service at a flat rate of $18.95 per shipment. Shipping to international destinations normally take anywhere from 4-7 business days to arrive depending upon the destination country.

Exchange Policy:
Exchange only within 7 days of the date the merchandise was received. Please email or call us so we can authorize the merchandise to be sent back to the design studio. Once we receive the product back, we will contact you and arrange an exchange of merchandise. We are unable to accept returns for items bought in a retail store or from another website.

Jewelry Care Instructions:
The majority of our items are made with sterling silver, which is comprised of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. It does tarnish when exposed to air, so keeping it in a sealed container when not in use will minimize tarnishing. Anti-tarnish strips can be purchased at most department stores and help to retard tarnish when placed in a jewelry box or other container with the jewelry.

Your Sterling Silver and Gold Filled pieces do require periodic cleaning and polishing. Use a good quality commercial (gemstone and pearl safe) polish and a soft, 100% cotton cloth or gloves. A faster, and less messy, alternative is to use a pre-treated jewelry polishing cloth to buff away tarnish, oils and grime.

When dressing and getting ready to go out, put your jewelry on last to avoid getting cosmetics or hairspray on it. Remove rings and bracelets before doing housework, home repairs or exercising. Protect your jewelry from sharp blows, harsh chemicals, sunlight, and extreme temperatures.

After wearing, gently wipe each piece of jewelry with a soft 100% cotton cloth to remove make-up, hairspray, salts, and skin oils. Always use 100% cotton, since paper, polyester, and course fabrics often contain wood fibers or synthetics, which may cause fine scratches.
